To join AZQA fill out the membership form below, print the form and mail it along with your contribution to:

Advocate $40 All memberships include AzQA cap, subscription to our newsletter and certificate)

Protector $100 + AzQA T-shirt

Champion $250 + Free full-page ad on AzQA web site (See the Advertisers web page)

Conservator $1,000 + Free full-page ad on AzQA web site + a 1-day guided quail hunting trip*

Steward $2,500 + Free full-page ad on AzQA web site + a 2-day guided quail hunting trip
+ 1-day Workshop with researchers (University of Arizona)

* Quail hunts will take place in southeastern Arizona (for Mearns quail) during the Mearns quail season. Limited to two
people; member person plus one guest. Hunting trips are with pointing dogs and are based out of Patagonia, AZ.
